Dr. Zapatier explained his patients like telemedicine because it gives them a convenient way to meet with their doctor in real-time using audio and video.
“It benefits the people because they save time and don’t have to drive to a doctor’s office. It also helps to reduce the risk of infection because they don’t have to leave the home.”
